Deleting your account

Overview

If you no longer wish to use Mapleleaf, you can permanently delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, your saved content, and your personal information from our systems.

Before you begin

Please note the following before deleting your account:

• Deletion is permanent. Once your account has been deleted, it cannot be restored.
• Active subscriptions. Cancel any active subscription before deleting your account. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel billing arranged through a third-party app store.

Deleting your account

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open Settings from the account menu in the top-right corner.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose Delete account.
4. Read the confirmation notice and select Delete permanently.
5. You will receive a confirmation email once the request has been received.
